Why do you say inbreeding, racism, and paint the story to fit your prejudice? The victim is out all night at the ocean, naked arguing with a "friend" and then gets shot- you don't know what happened with the driver/shooter.
I know what should've happened to the driver....He should've kept driving. If he wanted to go the extra step he could've stayed in his car, and called the Police.
Instead, he turned around, got out of his car, started a confrontation, pulled out a gun and killed a guy.
