Half the guys on here smoke or have smoked, I had a guy who worked for me who smoked every hour on the hour and you could never keep up with him even on your best day.

I wasn't calling you a dick but basically saying it was a dickhead thing to say. I'm sure they are the same thing but I didn't see it that way.
I definitely have been guilty of saying some stupid s#$t! I don't think I ever said pot smokers were worthless no good dead beats. They aren't very motivated. I think I could take him work wise if he was taking a smoke every hour! Yikes! ;)
