I like that there is a wireless AND battery powered version, so it's like a cross between a Sonos and a Soundcast in one unit.

The quick snapshots and short clips of the app look good. It has presets and you press-and-hold or drag to make a certain playlist or internet station into a preset.

THAT is cool....

The Spotify integration is only through AirPlay right now, so you have to leave an iPad, iPhone, or other device on wi-fi, running the app, and within AirPlay range...
That is too many variables and too many things that can go wrong. I would not even MENTION Spotify to a client until after the promised firmware update that they said is coming.

The other thing that concerned me is potential IT issues.
Sonos was on the right path with the proprietary wireless network. It's an expense to build a redundant network when the client may already have a strong wi-fi network in their home, but then again with a shared system (which Bose is going with), this type of client is more likely to have a teenager, neighbor kid, that guy from work, etc coming over to 'fix' things by tinkering in the router settings when one of the laptops is bugged up from pornsite malware.
