Probably Halliburton. They are the usual suspects when it comes to bribing government. They were able to start an unnecessary war to create unnecessary contracts that cost the US tax payers ba ba ba billions (more than a few) of dollars.

We could have funded the ACA for the next few generations with that murder money...downside would have been that Halliburton execs would have had to build small yachts so i guess its 6 in 1 half a dozen in the other.
