just sell Yamaha...HDMI problems go away.

But seriously if you're still complaining about Onkyo (or Integra) receivers and HDMI, shame on you for not changing your way for the last 4 generations. I've been told they finally resolved the issue with the newest generation...but am I going to trust them/risk it??? take a guess.

And can confirm multiple units repaired out of warranty at no cost. It's a defective design where the HDMI board basically melts (my guess is the solder melts then short circuits).
