Sorry if I came across sounding like a jerk.
I must have upset someone- no kidding a second customer just called to tell me he has no audio. Same model, installed within a few months of the other one. Bad batch from the manufacturer? Karma?
Maybe HTInaBox would be cheaper to deal with than this?
After I get these repaired or new ones, I may get an electrician to come in and verify these are on separate circuits, no shared grounds.
