I have deployed several Autonomics over the years and it is a great product. Like any type of hard based system it needs the occasional reboot. I hear the MM-2 needs this more the MMS-5. My experience is with Crestron as the control system so far. I have heard the RTI driver needs more refining and this is in progress or maybe even recently deployed. I do not have first hand experience here.
