That's not something URC sells/offers, at least not that I'm aware of. It's part of the remote, I believe.
You really don't need it, since most devices don't have port covers nowadays (iPods, cell phones, etc.). Unless you're worried about the kids getting something stuck in there, it won't likely get damaged.
