thanks Lowpro for the response. After review here is what I think happened...

My initial issue was McAfee blocking the download. Turned out I clicked on one of the Ads on the download page, and not the correct download item. The ads looked like the right thing to click on to download the Pronto Pro Edit NG. Sadly it loaded software I did not want and I had to restore to a previous state to remove (it also does not uninstall properly). I know sites need advertisers, but they should not be malicious.

I did get the right program, but hit the same wall as others regarding no 64 bit drivers. I did see the references to running XP in a VM...

I do have Win 7 Professional... so I appreciate your instructions and it does not look to complex to load XP.
