I am not sure how it would change unless a firmware update was performed and somehow changed the settings, but did you check to make sure the checkbox to allow communication with the RM433 is checked? I am pretty sure the lights would flash with button presses on the RM433 but no signals would be transferred to the equipment. Something small to check but worth a look.
Where exactly is this option? Do you mean under each individual device that the control choice is RF trigger codes?
I am drawing a blank on this one as if there is an option on the XP8, I can't seem to find it.
