The program lives on the remote.
What version of windows are you running? Perhaps this is an issue?
You may need to add a small windows program so the Q50/NC50 connects to your pc depending on the windows version.
ATM I forget the name but I can check.
You may need to upgrade the firmware on the Q50 and the NC50.
Otherwise NeVo remotes are cake to program and their database is huge.
