Well I have inherited a job with 2 Q50 remotes and I have never programmed Nevo Remotes. I need to make some fairly large changes to one of the remotes that consist of New receiver, New TV, program zone 2.

I was able to find the Studio Pro 3.0 software however when connecting the remote to my laptop via USB I cannot get the software to locate the Q50.

Also not sure if the program lives on the Q50 or the Nevo Connect.

Any help would be great!
