Yeah, it does sound delicious. I've only had swordfish one time. I went to a fancy shmancy restaurant and had it. I really liked it. Almost like a steak as I remember. I need to try this on the grill a.s.a.p
dont over cook it... it will taste like shoe leather....
another trick beside being fresh, bring up to room temperature before they hit the grill
