No 3D, just background parallax in response to the phone's motion. Keep in mind this is running on existing iPhones, there is no hardware refresh associated with this version.
Sure there is a hardware refresh with it, the new iOS devices will be out in the fall along with iOS7 just like they always do.
Of course the parallax + a filter built into the screen is how the 3D on a 3DS works. So can you build a software filter to emulate the hardware along with the built in sensors for passive 3D on existing devices before using a hardware filter on newer models.
