For outsiders looking in, we just see Apple as sue happy litigious M F'er's but in reality, they're actually going after what was their intellectual proerty in the first place.

Is this the reason that Apple claimed they had a patent on all cell phones that were rectangular in shape with rounded edges.
Let' not also forget the billions of dollars of profit that Apple has made and tucked away in off shore banks because they don't want to pay any US Corporate taxes.
