Will this remote allow more control over Macros? I have several things I would like to do but I am limited to only 4 consecutive commands on my 890 Pro. I think they even took away Macros entirely on the One which seems like a huge step backwards.

Also, I have always dreamed of a Harmony remote being opened sourced...I will keep dreaming. I know there are options out there for IR open source stuff but none of them have an actual physical remote control. If this remote could have an open source much like DDWRT for routers you would transform your new remote into a huge success overnight.
