Make it, use it, don't question it.  It will make you look like the greatest PitMaster on the planet.  

I like wet ribs.  I put on the Magic dust, low and slow at 225 for 4-5 hours.   

Throw on a nice BBQ sauce and I'm done. (typically sweet baby ray's) I actually just posted the pics in the What Did you Do Today thread.  But here it is for you.

I started them at 2pm today.  We just finished eating and they were fantastic.

We haven't cooked anything in the kitchen since summer got here.  I put in a new patio and I've been rockin' the new grill ever since.  Going out tomorrow to catch a string of fish and throw them on the grill tomorrow.

I use a gas grill.  I dont own a smoker.  what you see wrapped up in the aluminum foil is chopped apple wood to make the smoke.  Sometimes I'll put it below the grates if I want extra smoke.  

I would love to have a "my own" bbq sauce, I've made a few but the flavor is never consistent enough for me to risk it on family dinner if the kids don't like it.  I'd love to get Myron Mixon's cookbook.
