You need to track your variables in your programming.

If Variable Power On is False
Turn TV On
Turn AVR On
Turn BluRay On
Set Power On Variable to True
Else
Switch AVR Input

Power Off TV
Power Off AVR
Power Off BluRay
Set Power On Variable to False
