Seriously, I can't tell if you're trying to find the codes to a TA-4A, or trying to add known codes some remote, perhaps a Pronto.

But on the chance that you're looking for the codes, the original source of the Neo file is at hifi-remote.com, and it isn't too hard to convert the functions to Pronto Hex.

The tape and amplifier poertions are NEC1, device 92, while the CD part is 103.  I can post the function numbers here if you need them and don't want to bother with RemoteMaster.  You'll still need to use IrMaster or other NEC to Pronto conversion utility.
