I actually carry my RTI learner around with me for this reason. I just use there learner & software to learn all of my codes into hex form. I then copy and paste the codes into the URC software. Works like a charm.
I also use the RTI software as a second database when I'm looking for hex commands when the codes in URC's database are missing or wrong.
I have complained to URC multiple times about not having a learner or providing something in the software that shows the hex commands after learning codes in their software. And nothing....
