Hi,

I am aware of LEARN feature from Original remote. Does URC remote has any other type of learning. I am not sure of technical terms. I think RAW / HEX.

I tried learning my Dyson Fan with the factory remote, but it works intermittently. I tried learning different ways with fluttering technique, distance technique, learn1, learn2 etc.

I always have to click 4-5 times until the fan speed button works once or twice.

Any good solutions?

Here are other things i tried.
Downloaded the commands to Logitech Harmony remote as they have it in their database. The logitech remote is able to send the codes perfectly. So i tried learning from logitech remote instead of factory remote. That also did not work.

TIP: Having a spare logitech remote works good for installers. I found my samsung tv discrete ON/OFF switch in logitech database when I did not find it out anywhere. Learnt from the logitech remote to the URC remote.
