Goldenzrule is correct in that the RA2 system works on it's own frequency!

You could however use a combination of parts to do this.
Occupency sensor communicating to RA2 repeater which comunicates to visor control receiver.

The visor control receiver has contacts which could be used to trigger a macro in a URC basestation for URC lighting!!!!

If you went through all this though you would be better off with a RA2 lighting system and use RS-232 to trigger lighting scenes. You wouldn't need a visor control receiver!

Base stations can trigger RA2 lighting commands quite easily.
Triggering commands from RA2 devices needs the contact closures found in the visor control receiver to initiate a command. I learned this in the RA2 seminar!

You could do some cool stuff with the visor control receiver.
For Example you could hit the away button at the front door and kill the lights and trigger a URC macro to shut down the AV equipment!
