I came across this thread and had a question (sorry if this is hijacking the thread but it seemed related). I've had harmonies for a 4 or 5 years and hate the poor performance of them. I want to try URC, but there are no dealers in my area. Considering their stance on internet sales and the inability to get the software anywhere (I'm quite technical, and although I'm sure I wouldn't be as efficient as a trained professional, I'm sure I could program one of these), does that mean I am out of luck?

Again, I don't want this to sound like I bought one on ebay and am trying to get the software, I have not purchased a URC yet.
