I think I'll need to provide some sort of switch under the conference table to switch between the 3 pop up plates, since they will not be used at the same time (according to the president of the company). Other wise 2 ports on each plate (x 3 plates) will chew up too many sources on my matrix.

Any ideas on how to handle this?
