I am also interested how to run ProntoEdit NG on Windows 8. The link you provided is for Windows 7.
I understood from other information that Windows 8 and ProntoEdit NG don't like each other.
But isn't there some way around?
I even thought about installing another Window on my W8 pc, but read that for a dual boot system first another Windowversion should be installed and then W8.
