Why on earth would I do that?

We are all guilty of magical thinking every day as we go about our lives forgetting that we will die. You are guilty of magical thinking and teaching it to your children when you do not remind them at breakfast to do their best each day because they are going to die.

But, as you probably know, if you DO stop this magical thinking, suicide becomes a reasonable option.
