You'll probably still have to do some updates on a SR5007 because the codes changed to match Denon. The SR5005 is safe (only the SR6005 and 7005 we modified that year), but the SR5005 could be tough to find NIB. Even though the new Marantz AV Receivers use Denon commands they often also respond to the legacy commands, but since some inputs have been renamed you could have issues.
