I've got 3 MX980 remotes and an MSC400. I programmed them when remotes first came out and very satisfied.

I've got two Comcast DVRs that have always been left on but since adding an HDMI Matrix switcher I sometimes want to power them cycle them get handshake in sync. I thought I'd get couple of the video sensors and configure for real on and off.

However a little reading and doc review makes me think you have to create macro in MSC and then execute it via remote. I'd rather not have to update MSC for various reasons so is it possible to do this with remote only. Reason I ask is that If remote macro does not show Sensor as option.
