And here I created smaller icons (108x72). You can see the spacing is much better. Also note that you can move the icons around either with your mouse, or by highlighting the icons and moving them with the arrow keys (arrow keys are easier). The icons in the first picture could also have been fixed by just adjusting the spacing, I just thought it looked a little cleaner with the smaller icon when I uploaded it.
