We used to use Aprilaire untill Lutron's came out. Try to sell the Lutron, because it's easier to add on to later.

Customer: "I want to add lighting control."
You: "No problem, we already have the foundation installed and running. All we need to do is add some dimmers and adjust the program a little, and you will be all set."
