Hi all, I've been happily using my RU980 for a number of years now but recently got an new TV so needed to update programming. After much fussing I managed to get the PPENG to work on Win7 (thanks for all those who posted info). I then downloaded relevant TV scripts from this site and tested on emulator in PPENG, all ok. did upgrade then disaster! as soon as it went to the home page it switches off.

I have tried reset and all it does is flash on the home page then unit goes off, of course it then doesnt allow USB connection to pc so cant reflash. Is there anyway to factory reset? do I now just have a brick?

any help would be much appreciated.
