ok..  It's not like he posted 'don't ever let company xyz install Sonos in your house.  They're both horrible' - or anything to that effect.

Listen, I get that knocking a manufacturer u install and support without giving any explanation of why sucks on a company FB page, but it just seems like some people here are a little overboard with the "this guys bashing your company"
