Thanks for the reply 3FG. I tried the code you gave me and the TV did not respond to it whether it was on or off. The TV has the latest firmware on it.

As a test to ensure I'm doing things correctly I converted RC5 0,12 (power on/off, toggle, toad command) using the Pronto RC5/RC6 to hex conversion utility and got this:

0000 0073 000C 0000 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 09B7

The above worked as the power toggle command. I'm really starting to believe that Philips just did not enable the discrete codes in this model. Sad. Great picture, good sound, but not remote control macro friendly.

BTW; I don't know how to disable or enable CEC. I only have the Pronto RC5/RC6 to hex utility and I don't see an option.

Let me know if you have any other ideas.
