Yes, eStart should be able to do it.
It's been several years since I've used it, and I don't remember the exact steps, but TB should be able to walk you through it. There have also been many discussions about it, and Event Ghost (a third-party app with similar capabilities) on the Yahoo Crestron Programmers Group.
