The first emitter did not work but the second emitter turned the Denon
ON and OFF!!

The front blaster and hooking direct to the AVR with the IR In still will not turn it on.

I tried a macro of hitting it 2 and 3 times with various delays with the 350 hooked
up direct to the AVR to no avail

Is this a Denon or a 350 issue?
