I don't recognize any of those setup codes. Each remote manufacturer has their own.
Since Eltax seems to be responsive, maybe you can get them to describe the IR signal. For example the NEC IR protocol is 38KHz, with a zero represented by an on burst of 560microseconds and off for 560 uS. A 1 is represented by on for 560uS, and off for 1680uS. There are 32 bits in the signal. If they have that kind of info, then we can tell if a univeral remote can be made to work.
