I'd go for something like the URC-780 and plan on teaching it the PS3 commands from your old harmony. You'll also need to obtain the URC software, which can be difficult.
I'm also a big fan of the Xsight Touch. It has killer macro capabilities and no state tracking. Plus it's RF with color touch scree and charging base and is less than $100. It has a great layout too, IMO.
If you want to save a few bucks and can tolerate another harmony, they'll usually give you a replacement for half price even if yours is out of warranty.
