This seems to be a known issue that my client has encountered with his new computer, and he is leaving for vacation tonight. After submitting credentials trying to access his TH series DVR, the message "Fail to login" appears. I can reproduce it on my machine and there are problems posted about this online.

Anyone know of a fix?
