I don't use DTV very often, so I may be mistaking this for Dish Network, but I believe you can change the codeset of the DTV remote to a different ID. If that is the case, you can simply use the remotes that came with the DTV boxes. Look in the menu to see if you can indeed change the codeset. Sorry I can't be more specific.
