Old post but for future reference, there are several free and some paid programs that hunt for a variety of image formats embedded with large files. They then extract the images and save them individually. Use programs like Bitmaprip, X-ripper, and MultiExtractorPro. Seem this discussion thread about the topic.
[Link: remotecentral.com]There is another post in this forum that also references this in regards to extracting and then re-sizing channel icons from the Oasis template. Free programs from GUIFX, like CoPilot, can then resize what you want if you place the new size icon in the directory you are working with, click on it, and then export and convert all the other images to that same size. This is not a copyright infraction and is not illegal. Get real!
