Now my first question is on the quote is calls for a Crestron QM-RX Quickmedia Receiver. I'm assuming the TV plugs into Quickmedia Receiver using a VGA connection and then coming out of the Quickmedia Receiver it using CAT5 back to the server room and connects to Crestron QM-MD8X8 8x8 Quickmedia Matrix Switcher is that correct?

Yes sort of. It is QM cable (cat5/6 with specific skew requirements) and Cresnet.

On the conference room table we'll have Quickmedia Fliptop Computer Center Without Keypad. Black Anodized. Model #Crestron QM-FTCC-NB-B. How does this device tie into the network, does this also connect through CAT5 back to the server room?

Your installer should know this.
