I don't know much about companies like this but it might be worth looking into.
www.reputation.comI've always found sites like Angie's List, Yelp, even the BBB to be complete B.S. They're nothing but paid advertisements.
I really wish there was a site for trades like us to report our customers (both good and bad.) You, me, Joe the plumber etc. can check out a customer before we commit to them. Turning the tables and covering our asses.
Lastly, we set our systems in all ch stereo by default..... Give the people what they want!
