Hi , I just bought the same remote. I can't configure it... I downloaded the software and it's not working. I called Phillips and although they are trying to help I think they have no clue of what is wrong. At first they told me the problem was my computer and to try on another computer which I did and the software doesn't work either. So I called bac and now they tell me they are experiencing problems with the file on www.myprestigo.com
and they are trying to fix it. After a few hours , they called me back to let me know they sent me and email with the link to the file I needed. The link was remotecentral.com.
I'm confused and really really disappointed with this product so far.
