On the 4311 , you are only allowed to assign an hmdi input to one source . And if you do something like force digital it cuts the video off . With newer denons this might have been added but on 4311 we tried everything and it wouldn't work and denons tech support and engineers told us we could not do this either . The only way to do this is to not have the 4311 do the video switching and have it go directly to the tv .

I would add a snap 4x4 and run the video directly to the tvs and the audio to the reciever .
