I have some macros set up to do exactly what you want, basically a bunch of stacked delays with a system off macro called at the end.. unfortunately it 'locks' the pronto while in use, except you can cancel the operation with the right hard key..

I will post my ccf to the site so you can grab that chunk out of it..
