That function is not supported by the software. You can however make a timer with a shut off time of 3am and include a macro with codes to turn off your equipment. When you want to set it, just go to the timer and click edit, then click on the day off the week that 3am would be (tommorrow). This is really not that much trouble to set once you do it a couple of times. If your already using this method you know what I mean. Although it is a shame that your way is not available yet.
