No guarantees, because RCA uses more than one manufacturer, but most RCA DVDs will work with UEI setup code Video 0522.
Comcast or Atlas cable remotes (usually available for <$6 on eBay) or RCA RCRP05B (<$20 at Best Buy, etc) have this setup code.
