I need help with a chronic crash and rebooting issue with my TSU9300! I have flashed he firmware (several versions) over and over Rerolled back my code to an older version (including a demo file) Confirmed that the battery was still holding a charge After many years of playing around with RF extenders and Harmony remotes I finally posted up and bought myself a Phillips Pronto TSU9300 and the RX9600 to match. As a former Web developer I was in heaven with my new toy….the next month Phillips announced they were canceling the Pronto line :( None the less I stilled loved my remote and was having fun playing with PEP and controlling all my devices. That was until this past month…..now the remote regularly crashes and reboots itself. It has always come back and is operable again but it has appeared to have gotten worse latley in that is happens more often now. I don't even necessarily need to be touching the remote or using it (on or off the cradle) and it will just reboot.
The last thing I haven tried is to replace the battery in hopes there is some instablity since it is at least 2 years old now…..I was also thinning about trying a different WiFi access point as that the only thing I can think of to make it drop when I am not using it is looking for a WiFi connection.
