I dropped AVAD years ago (lousy service). I just didn't have the time to put up with the BS.
My local ADI branch does a good job, although:
1. I did have a run in with one counter guy, a few years back, that had a bit too much attitude (cost him his job).
2. You have to check the items over carefully, since some ADI customers have a tendency to return a used, damaged, missing parts, item and claim that they just ended up not needing it (the next guy ends up on a job with a useless item. And it always seems to be one of those long distance jobs).
I think ADI needs to put a process in place to deal with this issue (All returns should be tracked. Offending company should be charged for the item and their account closed).
