They've been sucking at updating the supplied codes.
I sent them all kinds of data with specific model numbers, code sheets, MFG website and link information few months ago; data still not in DB.
They don't have Zektor's data at all and I know few people that submitted it.
I could not agree more. I have submitted data several times over the past few years. NONE of them have ever appeared in the database. URC really needs to get their act together on this issue. Surely they could afford an intern to keep this data far more up to date.
